DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to organise a suitable time/day.

An outsourced delivery company/courier will make an attempt to deliver the goods inside the property but it will most likely be curbside.

RECEIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your tiles.

Check for the correct product, quantity and for any damages.

Please report to service@senio.com.au within 2 days if the order hasn’t been met.

Please ensure tiles are stored in a safe and protected environment.
